We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive for GTS Speedosales who will be responsible for identifying new customers by identifying prospects and analyze their needs; researching and analyzing sales options. Sell properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Position: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Dehradun
CTC. : up to 3 lpa + Lucrative Incentives as per Performance

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To generate leads and initiate the sales process.
  • Facilitate and enable clients to purchase properties support and lead clients through the entire real estate process.
  • Assess competitive market prices through property comparisons.
  • Analyze, check, maintain and update property/client lists.
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
