The product is not doing something which product specification say it should do. 2. The product is doing something which product specification say it should not do. 3. The product is not doing something which product specification does not mention but it should do. 4. The product is doing something which product specification does not mention but it should not do. 5. The product is very slow (performance),hard to use(usability) ,in users eye it is not right(GUI).
