Collectivism refers to an economy, a culture, or a society where the group is valued over individual interest. Collectivism is a psychological dimension theory that encourages collective control and bonding in a group. Forms of Collectivism 1. Socialism This refers to an economic system that advocates resource distribution should be regulated by the community as a whole. 3.
