Personality Traits for Organizational Behaviour refer to the characteristics of people and how they behave in groups within an organization. Self Esteem Refer to the level of respect a person has for himself. 6. Achievement Orientation Refers to getting results. People with high orientation take a calculated risk to remove difficulties and low orientation prefer to work in their comfort zone. 7. Risk-Taking Refers to the ability to take risks to achieve positive outcomes. High-risk takers are quick decision-makers and low risk are slow in taking decisions. 8. Self-Monitoring Refers to the ability to adapt behaviour as per the need of the hour. 9. Type A and B Personalities Type A personality is time-conscious and always on the move whereas Type B has a relaxed attitude.
