Create Vector Cartoon Eyes (Wallpaper) in Adobe Illustrator
Hello world, In this video, I've shown you how to create vector cute cartoon eyes in Adobe Illustrator. I got the idea to make this tutorial from the little cute bird called Tweety from Looney Toons. I've shown each step. I've fast forwarded some parts which were sort of repeating. You can make this entirely in Photoshop too.
