Position: AM /Manager Export Documentation Job Location: Panchsheel/South/Delhi Education Qualification: Any Graduate Job Description- Experience - 10year + Qualification – B.Com or BA Salary 50,000/- CTC per month Job profile Prepare all export documents within the required time frame and schedule efficient shipping activities to identify appropriate transportation methods in accordance with the customers Ensure compliance with all the procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes of importing/exporting countries Expertise in sea freight and export air documentation, ensure all exports are documented correctly Process documents related to commercial invoices by validating data integrity and accuracy Analyze and negotiate shipping cost with freight forwarders on the basis of weight and consignment volume. Provide advice on the most affordable mode of transport to facilitate cost-effectiveness Verify freight received against receipt information and documentation. Sign for cargo using the correct time, date and signature. Check inbound documentation for accuracy prior to the reception and annotate receiving documentation with shortages, overages and damages.
