Hi! This is Michael Neuendorff, certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach and I'd like to talk to you about Guerilla Marketing Weapon #3 and that's outrageously good service.
Why is this a marketing weapon? Well it's pretty obvious really. If you have outrageously good service and this is service that's remarkable, that is far beyond what your customer what your customer expected to get, then you'll probably get referrals. You'll probably get repeat business and you'll probably have an advocate that will speak for you, either online on review sites or out in public at networking events or in social clubs. That's what you want. You want people that are so happy that they can't stop talking about you and that can only happen when you provide outrageously good service. How can you figure this out? Look at your business. Look at every process that you have in your business that the customer touches. Are there ways to improve upon those processes? Start doing that and you'll start finding ways to unlock keys to outrageous customer service in your business and you'll start seeing it grow.
