There is a lot of advice on how to improve your resume and some of it is really great and useful (and some of it is really not). In today’s competitive job market, you need a polished resume to catch the eyes of the employer in order to get a phone interview. You want your first impression with the employer to be a good one, and that first impression always starts with your resume. Now that I have (hopefully) talked you into updating your resume, I wanted to give you a few tools that I find super helpful when revamping it.
